-5 principles of self-defence (Think, Yell, Run, Fight, Tell)
-Improve their self-confidence.
-Self-boundary concept
-Triggers and techniques to bring self-awareness back
-3 Fs of the evolutionary theory (Freeze, Flight, Fight).
-Power of a very firm “NO!”
-Basic self-defence skills to defend themselves
-Role-play and situational simulations.
